Who We Are
Protostar is committed to creating a space for young people to explore faith and leadership in a creative arts context.
We believe that every person was created and gifted to worship God in a unique and personal way. We encourage our youth to explore these gifts and discover how and where they can be used best. We provide opportunities to develop these gifts and encourage them to find other ways to lead in their own lives.
Leadership
We believe that the creative arts are an often unexplored media for glorifying God in Christian settings. We ofter camp as a place for youth who are inclined towards the arts to express their faith through them, and for youth who may not have previously interacted in the arts to try a new format for praising God.
We believe in and teach from a Christian point of view that regards Jesus Christ as the only salvation for the world. We strive to impart to our youth the freedom for which Christ has set us free.
